    Architected the end-to-end platform for an Innovate UK backed, VC-funded wearable biomechanics product, turning real-time sensor telemetry into structured metrics, AI-assisted reports, and computer-vision motion analysis.

    • Built the telemetry → biomechanical-metrics → AI-reporting (LLM) pipeline end to end
    • Designed a computer-vision pipeline: pose estimation and 3D landmark reconstruction from video
    • Lifted collected mechanical-data accuracy by 90%+; promoted to Senior and mentored the team

    Lead Game Developer · Istanbul, TR

    Led architecture and multiplayer networking for Heroes Chained, a 3D hex-grid auto-battler with on-chain integration, from build pipeline to store release.

    • Designed the full client/server stack: Unity, Netcode, .NET Core, SQL Server, AWS
    • Built an iOS/Android CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins and AppCenter
    • Mentored junior developers and drove code-review standards
